Who this is for: 2+ years full-time in equity research, investing, IB, or a closely adjacent role

Drive deep dives, meet management teams, and develop high‑conviction ideas. Own research end‑to‑end and see ideas through execution.

Internships at Pkeday are filled through referrals from people we already know and trust — current team members, portfolio founders, or longstanding collaborators. We are not accepting cold applications for internships at this time.

If you're a student or recent graduate and someone in our network knows your work, ask them to introduce you. Otherwise, please apply again once you have a couple of years of full-time experience.

Accelerated Career Trajectory

A 5-year trajectory to running your own book.

Year 0 = your first year at Pkeday, not your first year of work.

Years 0 – 1 • Foundations

Learn our philosophy and process. Build memos and models; support live positions and absorb everything you can from the team.

Years 1 – 3 • Ownership

Own coverage areas, lead research and deep dives, and present your own ideas to the investment committee. Begin to co‑pilot positions.

Years 3 – 5 • Run a Sleeve

Originate theses, size and manage risk, mentor juniors, and run a sleeve of the portfolio with full accountability and autonomy.
