Meet the Team
Pramod is the Wise Old Wizard of our little fellowship. He isn’t going to like the ‘old’ in that statement, but that’s what he gets for not writing his own bio.
He worked in Hindustan Unilever for 23 years and left as Head of Treasury of Asia & Africa. He subsequently worked for 16 years at True North as the General Partner and continues to be associated with them as an Advisor.
He is also on the board of Aditya Birla Real Estate (formerly Century Textile), Shree Digvijay Cement and ACT Fibrenet.
Parikshit (or Pk) is generally an unemployed and useless person. He is up to no good and wastes his time over-engineering minor tasks. He then tries to make these projects into more than they are by sharing it with people.
He is a University College London and IIM Ahmedabad alum and went on to work at Bain & Co as a management consultant, Zolo Stays as Head of Business and then co-founded shopthearena.com.

Aastha Jain
Aastha is our team's ROI tracker. Each time we fail to invest in a company that she has studied (which subsequently runs up) we get an earful.
She is a B.Tech from NMIMS and has since worked as an IR and Equity Research Analyst for 6 years before joining us.

Sreeraj Sudhakaran
Sreeraj is the one who keeps the wheels of the the organization running. Responsible for accounting, taxation and regulations, he keeps us in check while constantly smiling. Honestly, it is a little annoying how he loves his job so much.

Shirsh Sawarna
Shirsh is our resident explorer and pharma whisperer. He claims he’s here for the love of business, but we’re pretty sure its just to bombard PK with biotech acronyms.
A proud IIT Bombay alum, Shirsh lives for adventure, whether it’s hiking through Bhutan or sipping espresso in Italy. -
Sejal Mahida
Sejal is the enthusiastic one in the office. Never says no to any work even if she can't find the time to do it. She spends inordinate amount of time speeding up operations which sometimes ends up getting discontinued!

Mayank Agrawal
Mayank was our resident balance, though he’ll trade Excel formulas for Poha and Lassi any day. A CA and IIM A alum, he built deep dives on everything from Chinese tech to rare earth metals. Conglomerates are his comfort zone, and he somehow finds patterns where most see noise.

Nikhil Sareen
Nikhil was the one who made sure all the tech worked smoothly- he’s the guy who built what you’re reading right now. An IIT Delhi and IIM Bangalore alum, he brought a sharp eye and a calm presence to everything. He’s done deep research into US gaming & Indian hospital industry. With his clear thinking, he had made tough analysis look easy

Kanav Puri
Kanav was the team’s livewire- always curious & caffeinated (well, mostly Gatorade). A BITS Pilani topper & IIM Ahmedabad alum, he’s known for diving deep into complex sectors- like Europe’s defense & the evolving tech landscape. Gym rat and philosopher by heart, he was advice-ready for just about anything, even when no one asked

Pradyuman Agarwal
Pradyuman is the engine that never stops running. A future IIT Bombay Electrical Engineering graduate (Batch of 2026), he’s one of the most hardworking interns we’ve had—and one of the sharpest. From digging out obscure data points to asking the right questions, he’s not just learned fast—he’s helped us learn along the way too.

Jayant Yadav
Jayant was the first temporary addition to the team. He was interning with us before he joined Bain & Company as a consultant. Oh yes, he is an IIM Bangalore Gold Medalist - something he never tires of telling us.
